GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Personal Data Processing Policy (the Policy) is developed by the full company name (the Operator) and is applied in accordance with applicable personal data legislation.

This Policy defines the Operator's approach to personal data processing. Matters not covered by this Policy are resolved in accordance with applicable personal data laws.

This Policy and its amendments are approved by the Operator's management and enacted by an internal order.

Personal data means any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable individual (data subject).

The full company name is the operator that organizes and/or performs personal data processing and determines the purposes and content of such processing.

PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The purposes of personal data processing include:

• protecting the rights and freedoms of individuals when processing personal data, including the right to privacy and confidentiality;
• providing services to individuals and legal entities related to the Operator's activities, including communication by email, phone, or address provided by such persons;
• sending consultations and responses to inquiries using contact details provided by the user;
• promoting the Operator's products and services through direct contact with potential customers via communication means (only with consent).
